How do I book an appointment?

You can book online via our website form, call us at +91 98765 43210, or send us a WhatsApp message. We confirm all bookings within a few hours with a personalised response.

Do I need a consultation before bridal services?

Yes — all bridal bookings include a complimentary pre-bridal consultation. We recommend scheduling this at least 4–6 weeks before the event so we can plan your perfect look and trial run.

What hair coloring brands do you use?

We exclusively use professional-grade, ammonia-free formulations from L'Oréal Professionnel, Wella, and Schwarzkopf. These are internationally certified, gentler on the scalp and deliver longer-lasting, vibrant results.

Is parking available at the salon?

Yes, complimentary parking is available in the Phoenix Towers basement. Simply inform our receptionist when you arrive and we'll validate your parking ticket.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For bridal bookings, a 48-hour notice is required. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp for any changes.

Do you offer group or party bookings?

Are your spa treatments suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — we perform a brief skin analysis before every facial and spa treatment. Our therapists adapt all formulations to suit sensitive, reactive, or allergy-prone skin. Please inform us of any allergies when booking.

What payment methods do you accept?
